CUUPS Steps into the Future!

The annual meeting of the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans was held on June 24, 1996 at the General Assembly of the Unitarian Universalist Association in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Two of the co-founders and the former coordinators of the organization, Linda Pinti and Rev. Lesley Phillips, stepped down after ten years of service to the organization.

New Coordinating and Executive Committees were elected. They are: Brydie Palmore, Chair; Joan Van Becelaere, Vice-Chair; David Pollard, Secretary;,Patrick Sileo, Treasurer; Jerrie Hildebrand, Communications Editor; Stacey Greenstein, Tom Dixon; Margot Adler; Carolyn Taylor; Rev. Melanie Morel Sullivan; Wendy Moscow; and Paul Connelly. The Rev. Shirley Ranck has been hired as Administrator for the organization.

We invite those wishing to renew their memberships; become members; get information on our 1996 Web Weaving Convocation in Santa Clara; volunteer for committees; or general information please contact the new CUUPS office address below. We also welcome receiving information about your groups, both CUUPS groups and the wider Pagan communities to add to our resource files for future press releases.
